#33: Building Bridges

Remember those playground rivalries back in grade school?

One kid gets into a tiff with another, then tells all HER friends not to be friends with so-and-so, then anyone who associates with one of the two rivals has immediately declared her loyalty to a warring playground faction.

Sadly, that type of behavior creeps into adult life and manifests itself in business, organizations, communities, and neighborhoods.

Today the coaches challenge you to examine your petty disputes and take the steps needed to be bridge builders and peacemakers.
